New Features
(1) For new companies using the system, Self Onboarding is available through the Batch menu. Step-by-step explanations will be added for easier guidance. Any data entered into the system will not be sent to the Revenue Department.
(1) สำหรับบริษัทที่ใช้งานใหม่ สามารถใช้งาน Self Onboarding ได้ ผ่านเมนู Batch จะเพิ่มส่วนคำอธิบายในขั้นตอนต่างๆ และข้อมูลที่นำเข้าระบบจะไม่ส่งไปยังกรมสรรพากร
(2) Add a ‘Downloaded’ status for pay-in slips and QR payments. Once the user has downloaded the file, the link for the QR code or pay-in slip will turn light grey, and a tooltip will appear to notify the user.
(2) เพิ่มสถานะ download pay-in slip และ QR payment เมื่อ download ไปแล้วระบบจะเปลี่ยนสี link QR หรือ Pay-in เป็นสีเทาอ่อน และมี Tooltip แจ้ง
(3) Add a consent request for personal data usage within the product, displayed in both Thai and English. The system will support updating the consent form to request consent again if a new version is released.
(3) เพิ่มการขอความยินยอมเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลบนผลิตภัณฑ์จากผู้ใช้ระบบ จะมีแสดงทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ รองรับการแก้ไขเวอร์ชันใหม่เพื่อขอความยินยอมอีกครั้ง
(4) Update the User Group Assignment screen:
- Add a scrollbar if there are many users.
- Sort email addresses from A to Z.
- Allow searching for email addresses.”
(4) แก้ไขหน้าจอกำหนดกลุ่มผู้ใช้งาน
- ให้มี scrollbar กรณีที่ข้อมูลผู้ใช้มีจำนวนมาก
- เรียงลำดับอีเมลจาก A to Z
- สามารถค้นหาอีเมลได้
