Users can request the system administrator to enable the Response File Service, allowing the system to send status information back as a file via SFTP or zDOX. Users must provide the connection details.
Connection via SFTP
The details that need to be provided are as follows: Host Name, Port Number, Username, Password, SSH key file, destination folder for placing the files, and the desired file naming format.

Connection via zDOX
The details that need to be provided are as follows: Username, Password, Site name, destination folder for placing the files, and the desired file naming format.

Additionally, it is possible to configure file encryption before sending the data back using PGP Encryption. Users must provide their PGP public key to the administrator.
