Users can view summary reports of system usage as follows:

Dashboard #

Summary of payment of e-stamp duty.

The number of records is filtered based on the date range selected at the top right.

  • Total Complete Transaction Number of successfully submitted records.
  • Total paid e-Stamp duty Stamp duty amount successfully paid
  • Unsubmitted transaction Number of records not yet submitted to the Revenue Department.
  • Incomplete payment Number of records successfully submitted to the Revenue Department but not yet paid
  • Error transaction Number of records with errors, including import errors, errors identified by the Revenue Department, payment errors, or receipt download errors.

Number of records approaching the payment due date and those that have passed the due date.

  • Due in 5 days
    • Batch Total number of batches with payment due within the next 5 days.
    • Transaction Number of records with payment due within the next 5 days.
    • Duty amount Stamp duty amounts due for payment within the next 5 days.
  • Overdue
    • Batch Total number of batches past the payment due date.
    • Transaction Number of records past the payment due date.
    • Duty amount Stamp duty amounts past the payment due date.
    • Fine Fine amounts from overdue records.
    • Surcharge Surcharge amounts from overdue records.

Data on the number of records unsuccessfully imported each month.

Monthly Usage #

This data represents successfully completed stamp duty payment submissions, broken down by month based on the payment completion date. Users with the roles of Preparer, Approver, and Company Administrator are authorized to view this information.

The system displays data separated by affiliated companies (Company), and users can select to view data for the last 3, 6, or 12 months. The displayed information includes the following:

  • Month Display the month in the format YYYY-MM.
  • Transaction Displays the number of submitted instruments.
  • instAmount Displays the total submitted instrument value.
  • Paid Amount Displays the total amount of stamp duty paid.
  • Stamp Duty Amount Displays the total stamp duty amount.
  • Duplicate Stamp Duty Amount Displays the total amount of duplicate stamp duty.
  • Surcharge Displays the total surcharge for late submissions.
  • Fine Displays the total fines for late submissions.

Data can be exported by company by clicking the “EXPORT” button.

Monthly Transactions #

This data represents stamp duty payment submissions that are not yet completed, broken down by month based on the data import date. Users with the roles of Preparer, Approver, and Company Administrator can view this information.

The system displays data separated by affiliated companies (Company), and users can select the most recent month. The displayed information includes the following:

  • Month Display the month in the format YYYY-MM.
  • Status Display the status of the items.
  • Transaction Displays the number of submitted instruments.
  • instAmount Displays the total submitted instrument value.
  • Paid Amount Displays the total amount of stamp duty paid.
  • Stamp Duty Amount Displays the total stamp duty amount.
  • Duplicate Stamp Duty Amount Displays the total amount of duplicate stamp duty.
  • Surcharge Displays the total surcharge for late submissions.
  • Fine Displays the total fines for late submissions.

Data can be exported by company by clicking the “EXPORT” button.
