If we breach any of the following conditions: (a) a court orders immediate cessation or bankruptcy, (b) breaches the contract or violates the terms of this agreement without your authorization or consent beforehand, and such breach is not remedied within the time specified by the company, this agreement shall be terminated immediately when the contract ends as specified in the contract or agreement, (c) you fail to pay for the services to us as agreed, we have the right to charge interest at the rate specified in the contract or agreement until you have paid in full, and we have the right to terminate the contract with you immediately.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">7.2.\u00a0 You may transfer or assign debts in the contract or agreement to other service providers by notifying us in writing at least 30 days in advance and obtaining our written consent. You and the new service provider must comply with measures and orders related to the transfer of services as informed by us.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">7.3.\u00a0 Your data will be deleted, destroyed, or returned when the contract ends or is terminated. Notifications by phone or verbal communication, including emails sent to non-responsible parties, will be considered invalid. All your data will be deleted from the system at the specified time when your account is canceled (regardless of the contract period, your request for cancellation, or termination due to violation of the agreement). Data cannot be recovered after the data retention or backup period ends.<\/p><h3>8. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">We confirm the uptime of the Support service and the usability of the infrastructure during the agreed service period, as detailed in the agreement or contract.<\/p><h3 class=\"p1\"><b><\/b>9. INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">In case of an incident where the service provided does not meet the specified requirements and it is proven that the error is due to our faulty service, we are happy to refund the service fee based on the actual value and not exceeding the actual service fee charged.<\/p><h3>10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY<\/h3><p class=\"p1\">We will be liable for any damages that occur or are related to the contract between us and you as they actually occur. However, in any case, the total amount of damages shall not exceed the total service fee received from you. The contract between us and you does not contain any warranties, guarantees, or advance damage compensation provisions to you in any way. Furthermore, we are not responsible or liable for any loss resulting from loss of profits, business interruption, consequential damages, punitive damages, or special damages of the contracting party beyond the scope of the contract between us and the contracting party.<\/p><h3>11.
