When downloading receipt batches obtained from the Revenue Department on the 'Batch' screen, whether individually or multiple at once, the system will compress all files into a '.zip' archive. The compressed file becomes available for download on the 'Download' screen once the batch status is 'Ready'.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Download Receipt Batches<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to \"Batch\" page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click the 'Receipts' button on each individual item, or select the checkboxes for the desired items and then click the 'Receipts' button located next to the 'Search' button at the top when downloading multiple items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The system will display a screen with the message 'You are going to download Receipts.' Click the 'Go to Downloads' button to proceed to the 'Downloads' screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click the 'Refresh' button to view the latest status of the items, and wait until the desired items have the status 'Ready' before clicking the 'Download' button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. The system will delete the download items 2 hours after the 'Download' button has been clicked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
